An admirer of my Model 97 MRC .308 dropped same causing the stock to break at the wrist. Since MRC is no longer producing rifles I have been trying to find a replacement stock without success. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,

Howdy - I used to stop by web a site regularly that’s focus was shooting double barrel shotguns and wearing clothing that had been worn in the early 20th century. I would very much like to find that web site again, but I can not remember it’s name. If anyone thinks that they might know of such...
Howdy,
I recently obtained a very nice Ishapore Jungle Carbine in .308 Winchester chambering. It really needs some TLC cleaning, but so far I have not been able to remove the bolt. I tried a method I saw on YouTube, but it was for another model Enfield and the method does not work for...
Thanks very much Bill. Now if I can just get the extractor rod to unscrew. (Frankly, there are no real gunsmiths in this area.). Yep, I never did like the term, “Yoke,” and preferred the term Colt used, “Crane.”

I recently purchased a Stainless Steel 4” Barrel Security Six from Gun Broker. It looked pristine in the 32 photos and when it arrived I was not disappointed. (I carried one in the US Border Patrol for 9 years and it served me well.)
I took it to the range and at 25 yards it grouped very badly...
Howdy,
I just became aware of the K31 today. From looking at Gun Broker prices. Can see that they are not cheap.
I will be living in a very high density Black Bear area and I am wondering which wouldd be better, the MKV Carbine or th K31?
Thanks,

Howdy,
I have used an Uncle Mike’s 2” Ultra Duty Belt since the mid 1990’s for archery as well as carrying handguns. It looks like it is new even as old as it is. Well, long story short, I lost the part that snaps Into the buckle. I called Uncles Mike’s to order the missing part. Instead...
Howdy,
Over the years I have acquired quite a few holsters and belts. All are either law enforcement duty and off duty equipment.
What web site would you recommend for listing leathergoods of this type for sale?
Thanks.

Howdy,
I have a Parkerized 1911 on order, but it has an arched mainspring housing. I have been doing a lot of Internet searching, but so far no success.
I'd prefer smooth, but a serrated (not checkered) Parkerized mainspring housing would be OK as well.
I surely could use some help on...
1911 ad
I was trying to keep it simple, kind of a "yes" or "no" thing with an explanation if there was a yes.
We heard of the AD at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in the early 1980's. (Firearms Training Division)
The story was that a Michigan LEO experienced an AD while...
Hi Dennis.
I like to mention two things, if I may.
First:
Usually when a detail instructor came to me with a low left shooter (gun in right hand) it turned out to be trigger control and pushing into recoil.
Humans were not born to be shooters. Loud noises indicate danger and "startle" us...
