I got a Wilson's that was purposely undersized. It took me about two hours of sanding on it with very fine grit paper to get it to fit. No filing, no grinding, just some simple elbow grease. I used some blueing paste once it was all fitted and working. A nice tight b bushing is one of the easiest DIY upgrades you can do.
The other one, while we are on DIY upgrades where you can easily fit the part, is to try a squared off firing pin stop. Same thing, got one from Wilsons, they come slightly oversized. Took about two hours of just sanding with fine paper and oil. That squared off bottom dramatically reduces the slam of the slide. I made an Officers absolutely manageable using one.
