I've been considering running my RPR in "factory" class at precision rifle matches this season, so I WILL be adding one of these rimfires as a training rifle. I've been using a Savage Mark II in a Boyd's pro-varmint stock as a trainer for years, but I'll admit, it doesn't match the fit of my chassis rifles worth a damn. It's fairly close for my A3's and A5's, but I've really started to appreciate having the same grip and stock on my AR's as I do on my chassis bound RPR. Having a matching 22LR trainer is well worth the $450-500 street price this should bring.
