Looking for color opinions

Working on a build, and I’m torn between two color schemes. I did a very rough rendering on the computer and am at a crossroad. Purely aesthetic, opinions are appreciated. One is a dark green barreled action, the other is dark grey. The bolt will be black on both.

Green stock, black or dark gray metal. Or green metal with black stock. My opinion for what its worth. But you have to look at it, do what you think looks best.

Gray metal. I dont mind metals not matching colors, but accent colors need to match. I hate the way nothing fde matches.

I like both renderings. I prefer black or OD green myself. It's not living room furniture so I don't feel too bad if things aren't a perfect match.

That shade of green (on the stock) is too bright if you are looking for a camouflage effect. Looking at the background in the picture, a Flat Dark Earth would be better. Leave all the metal a dark gray/black Parkerizing.

The gray will look good as pictured. IMHO, if you're gonna do green, go all the way. Do the mounts and stock as well.

I'm not a big fan of green on anything but plants. My wife did the buying of a new vehicle for us once. I was too busy to take off work. She came home with a very nice GMC 1/2 tn pickup. It was two tone, light brown and olive metallic green. Ugh, in fact double ugh, the worse color of green there is.

I kind of like the grey version and knock the shine off the green stock and I could live with it.

Thanks for the opinions guys, I’m realizing now this green is too bright for the whole rifle. If anything the other option besides the gray would be to Cerakote the polymer a more subdued sniper green, to match the action. Similar to the colors on this tac338. That’s what I was originally going for
