Yesterday I placed an order for some bullies for reloading, not because of the panic, but because this is when I usually place an order for my shooting season. I placed the order and then realized I had my old address on my account and never updated to my new address. So I emailed customer service with my order number and my new address. I was thinking they might never see the email, due to all the craziness that is going on. Well I received an email a couple hours later saying that they will ship to my updated address and that it wasn’t an issue. I just wanted to say thank you to Jake, Joe from customer service, and all of his employees. They truly are a great company to deal with!
 
They really are great, hence why so many of their in house bullets are available for backorder due to the panic. Although I wish they weren’t. I’m down to my last 100 of their 124gr match winners and new orders are about a month out from shipping.
Guess I’ll have to wait till after the panic to order!
 
They helped my wife at Christmas by making sure Santa would be able to put bullets under the tree in time.

Being competitive is one thing. Unwavering service and devotion to their customers is the knock out punch.
