The other day I created a post about my rcbs dies I had recently acquired. The dies were missing the correct expander decapper/expander rod so I asked about the them. Someone recommended to me that I should contact RCBS to see if I could buy the part of the die so I did. Today I got an email saying they had what I needed and that it had been shipped to my address. Very happy with their customer service. Thanks RCBS

I should add my dies were manufactured in 1970

I had a similar experience - good on them.

My only complaint with RCBS, and it is a BIG one, is that they now have the communists manufacturing some of their products.

I had a good friend give me some pacific dies to start out, i ordered my first set of .243 rcbs dies yesterday. I cant wait for them to show up.

I have bent the recapping/expander unit on several of my dies over the years. RCBS Customer Service has been great...replacement parts at no cost within the week. My whole shop is Green...their products and service have always been No. 1 to me!

RCBS warranted a Dillon part that I bought off ebay and it was totally free shipping and all. As far as big names in reloading go, RCBS, Hornady ad Dillon are the best by far with CS. The cheaper brand in red, not so much! You get what you pay for.

The quality big names in reloading will stand behind their products. Contacted Redding for a sizing assembly for a 30-06 FL. I get an email back from a name I can pronounce and it is in English. Way to go RCBS and Redding!!!!!!!!

As a matter of tradition, RCBS has always had what is probably one of the finest customer service departments of any industry.

Wife's cat jumped up on MY bench and knocked off my 10-10 scales. Broke off the nylon lock screw! Called RCBS service center to order a new one. I insisted that I pay for it and the guy I was talking to said they were the originator of the "NO B.S warranty". Sent it for free. that was back when I first started reloading. All equipment has been Green ever since! Good news, that cat finally passed!

Even in the midst of the hectic times, RCBS was top notch. I had an expanded rod snap in half on me and gave them a call the next day. They said they were sorry that it had happened and that they would ship me one out as soon as possible. It was for .223 as well! I was pleasantly surprised and insisted I pay as well due to it being my fault in thinking I was better than a Berdan primer. They said no. Great company and they certainly have my business for life.
