I'm out usually every day for the 2½ miles that are behind my house. That, push-ups and crunches are pretty much it for me, now that my gym is closed. But the 4 or 5 months I spent in hospitals back in 2016 with my wife, didn't hurt me much, and all I could do then was walk around the hospital for a short time. So now I figure I'll be OK, and get right back to it when allowed, and it won't have cost me a lot physically. But yes, it sure sucks to someone that has worked out nonstop for over 30 years.
