I am not truly going for accuracy just reload as a hobby and shoot a ton when I go out to the berm.

Where is the best place to buy bulk projectiles especially rifle? I know because of coronavirus stock is limited but was just hoping to find a good source for future orders.

Sorry if this is in the wrong section or has been asked already which I’m sure it has but I couldn’t find a post with the info.

Mainly .224 for AR 55gr but any grain will do, 30 caliber for 308 and suppressed blackout, 50 for Beowulf, also projectiles for 8mm Mauser.

Those are what I currently shot may add more in the future and I find pistol projectiles in bulk easily but rifle is a more difficult.

Hard to say with everything being sold out right now.
If you are shooting a lot bulk 5k+ packs of bullets would be in your favor.
Pulled M80's can sometimes be cheaper than buying new.
8mm mauser you would be out of luck as they are almost never bulk, and don't really have sales

Thanks everyone for the replies. I’d been keeping an eye on RMR and powder valley, but never hurts to find more sources.

Would you all generally advise against using varmint bullets for plinking? I usually send a few hundred rounds down range while plinking and I know these would have a thinner jacket. They are just a crazy low price so thought I’d throw it out there.

Depends on the twist of your barrel. The light bullets from a 1:7 twist barrel have been known to shed their jackets in flight. If you can keep your muzzle velocity down, they may work just fine.

For me, I like RMR for most of my bullet needs. They often have deals on pulled bullets that may be mixed in weight, so you will have to sort them.
