Big picture - they're fine to use, even in your most expensive soft - steeled button - cut boutique precision rifle barrels.
Even when you burn through one rifle barrel a month (or more), you probably won't notice any degradation in "accuracy" (and when you're at that level of use, you don't really care).
Tula ammunition may be underloaded for some, and I'm not really sure if steel bounces back faster or slower (all speculation) - there may be cycling and extraction issues. They're okay in "battle rifles" such as FAL and G3 derivatives. AR-10 and M-14 derivatives, not sure - with this trend towards "tight, accurized guns."
