Northfork primers

My email to Noah.

“Please refund. I have an order for 10,000 primers. I was looking forward to a long-term relationship is obviously is not going to work. I can buy them on gun broker cheaper than you can supply.

I just purchased on Midsouth for 75 per thousand. Your business model does not work.

Please let me know when a refund is processed”

What in the actual ****? I’ve been on board with this since the beginning, a contract is a contract. I don’t give a **** how much they cost him, I have an order for six cents a primer. If he cannot produce for six cents a primer he needs to eat the loss.

So apparently the "contracted shipment" cannot be fulfilled ...

And the shipment is now "gone" to the Canadian ammunition manufacturer ...

So a "contract" got violated? ... Does that mean Northfork Tactical will be compensated by one that violated the contract? And customers who were promised $60/1K primers are SOL? I am sure the wholesale cost for purchase was way less than $60/1K. The way I see it, "somebody" is benefiting from this business "deal" and customers are getting screwed. ;)

I just got off the phone with capitalone credit card services and attempted to initiate a dispute on the the $615 charge and to my delight the amount was currently pending and should clear tommorow or Monday by end of business day.

Get your refund while you can guys and gals

I feel so silly standing up for Noah in past threads where other members were questioning the deal. I will freely admit I was got.

So Noah had already instigated the refund before you called your CC company? I'll be watching mine for the next few days.

I asked for my orders to be cancelled and had the refund pending on my credit card within an hour or two, so at least he's taking care of that promptly.

Maybe he did get in over his head and someone else took advantage of him.

FYI - I much like the above did receive a pending credit to my account within 3 hours of my refund request. Too bad this didn't work out, but we'll all make it work regardless.

In light of it all and any truth in the statement from a seller, it's too bad it just wasn't going to come to fruition. 5 months was entirely too long of a wait. I think we can all be applauded for the hopeful efforts and thankful that there was a glimmer for primers.

Happy reloading and safe shooting all!

Nothing is showing on my account yet I requested a refund as soon as I saw the email.

I think Noah owes us full explanation of what happened, along with the details of his original agreement, (and who it was with) which someone isn’t living up to. I really want my 10m of primers so I don’t have put up with this mess. I don’t think this was originally planned as a scam but it sure has ended up like one.

In retrospect, this is what my stance should have been, but I have already asked for a refund. I'm tired of the waiting and hollow excuses.

How many threads/posts have there been on this whole fiasco from the beginning???

Sounded like a scam from the first day. On and on it goes.

I am waiting for the 12 new primer plants to be built and primers cost $$0.0001 cents a piece.

If it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck...............................

I hope all of you get your money back but a little voice is telling me that some of you won't. I'm just not the trusting type so I will never get involved in a deal like this. I keep plenty of inventory to weather these occurrences.

I hope he make's good on this fiasco. Can't help but think he is financially involved with the ammo company in Canada also, and this was all done on purpose, using your money.
Some of you that went past the 3 month mark may be a day late and several dollars short.
Hope that's not the case. We will see.

My refund was processed.

I don’t care how or why his deal changed and or failed. The free capital markets will take care of him, it’s a shame on a personal level I had wished him the best, on a business level you ****ed us.

I don’t feel silly -it was a reasonable (small) risk and a reasonable chance of success. Whether it was the fault of Noah or the fault of his supplier/“business partner,” things didn’t pan out, and so he has the option to refund money or face a sh*tstorm from the CC companies -who have a lot more clout than you or I in terms of extracting money from people. Upside? We might have gotten some SPP at a reasonable-ish price. Sadly it didn’t pan out. If payment had been via cash or check or money order….. whole nother level of risk.

I requested a refund yesterday and checked my CC account this morning and refund was there. So, he made good on the refund but IMO damaged his credibility that may not be repaired. I've never been in business for myself but common sense says the supplier should of eaten the loss and the swapped primers offered at the original .06.

Pretty much, you called it

Asked for refund yesterday, got it today. I was only in for 1k, $60 not worth the drama at this point

I was sure hoping this was going to be a future supplier for all of us.
Looks like just another sandbagging attempt.
I requested a full refund today, as I was out of town for the weekend.
Hopefully it'll show up.
Kinda pissed, but crying over spilled primers won't put any on my shelf.
Better luck to us all....!

I was also 1 of the people who stood up for the man when others were saying it was gonna be a bust.
Sorry if I got under anyone's skin about the situation.
Guess it's my crow to eat.
Hopefully.......LESSON LEARNED......for me.....!!

I think, if wholesale price of primers when ordered/contract secured was less than $60/1000 (My guess could be less than half) and they were "misappropriated" to someone else (Say for more than $60/1K ;)), even after full refund of every customer, somebody made profit.

Yup, my crazy theory only and we may never know exactly what really happened.

I wonder what Powder Valley would say if a large group of customers wanted to pre-pay for a shipment of Ginex primers ... My guess is they likely would honor the pre-order pricing when the primer arrive.
