Ruger GSR - Unicorn Scope Mount Needed

As the title suggests I'm after what is seemingly a unicorn.

I have a Ruger Gunsite Scout rifle in 450 Bushmaster with an XS Systems picatinny rail.

I'm looking for a scope mount with the following:

30mm
20-30MOA elevation built-in
Low or Med Height

Most mounts with built-in MOA elevation are setup higher due to their common use with long range and most scopes for that application have a large objective to clear.

Well, I want this for subsonic use (425gr Makers subsonic expanding bullets) and would like to have more vertical adjustment for dialing distance.

The scope I will be using is a VX6 1-6x24 so not a large objective to clear and would like to get it as low as I can.

Anyone know where to find such a unicorn, I keep coming up empty as all are 1.5" height or more.

I’ve thought of those but I have a hang up on plastic inserts holding my scope in position. But most seem to think highly of them.
