the 92 has a metal frame, the ninety-two has a polymer frame. They're two different pistols.
you are wrong. the GRIPS on the 90-two are polymer. the FRAME is metal. i had one, i know. the polymer only covers the frame to allow for different sized grips. if you don't believe me call beretta and ask.
