Model 1884 Trapdoor Springfield manufactured about 1887. I bought it at a gun show, with a welded mainspring broken ejector and hardware screw in the hammer. $140. Next aisle over a vendor had all the parts, $40 later working trapdoor.

73 trapdoor. It started out with a $500 tag on it. By the time I got done inspecting it, I offered the pawn shop $100. He accepted my offer and I could only turn up $97 on the spot. They thought that was fine. I got home and started more research and found out it is a pre-custer, ooops
