Something a little more to date.

I've got a Colt SAA in 45LC that I sent to the Colt Custom Shop in 2000 and had fitted with a 45 ACP cylinder. Some of the best money I have spent on a gun. I still have the 45LC capability with the added option of shooting the cheaper 45 ACP. In fact, the 45 ACP seems more accurate.

It's a great conversion. Makes for a different shooting experience.

Here's one:

. . . and my favorite revolver of all time . . . a 1980 chopped barrel 25-2 . . . with a "modern" MIM cylinder latch that makes for blazing fast moon clip reloads for this lefty.

I also like my short barrel 25-2.
