Can you get bigger grips for a S&W model 65 lady smith ? I got this gun a while back because I wanted the 3" barrel, but I've noticed how much better my model 629 fits my hand. I'd like to try & get some bigger grips if possible.

Any grip designed for the K or L frame with a round butt will fit. There are literally hundreds of variants out there...

Maybe it's the rounded butt I don't really like. What's the purpose & is there a grip that will square it up somewhat?

AFAIK, the round butt helps conceal the gun better by reducing printing.

Round butt S&Ws can use either round butt grips, or conversion grips, which are designed to fit round butt guns, but have the exterior dimensions of a square butt grip. Check out the above pic of the Uncle Mike's for instance. I find I shoot conversions grips better than round.

Since they look like square butt grips, be sure to look for the word "conversion" in the description, since square butt grips obviously won't fit a round butt gun.
