+ for Dillon mechines

Over the years I have bought multiple Dillon machines. Three separate time they sent me upgraded parts without request saying that others had reported pro lens with said part. Usually on an initial run of a new model machine.

I don't own a Dillon, couldn't afford one and I bought a well used RCBS Ammomaster progressive. It needed several parts and I called RCBS - told them I bought the machine used - they sent all the replacement parts at no cost to me. So while I think Blue is great, Green has taken great care of me.

Both of mine are over 25 years old, I have sent them back for complete rebuilds over the years and the only money out of my pocket was shipping to them. That kind of customer service is well worth the $130 they cost back then.

I was a Dillon dealer years ago. I agree that their customer service is second to none. A couple of times I gave a customer a part from one of my demo machines to replace a broken part on theirs. After mentioning the part number while making my next order from Dillon, they would say "that part is free of charge". When I told them that I was ordering it as a replacement I gave to a Dillon owner who needed it, they said "that's what we want you to do".
