I had problems with my Nano out of the box. I sent it to one of the Beretta service centers for work. When I got it back, no problems, but by that time I had bought a Shield, so I sold the Nano.
I do love the look of the Nano. This will sound strange, but I want to take a bite out of it.
I like mine. It doesn't always like 115 grain practice ammo (FTE the casing sometimes) but loves heavier weight bullets. I can pocket carry in things like cargo shorts and it's very easy to carry IWB.
Nano is an excellent pistol. You will hear some complaints about FTF or FTE when using range ammo, such as WWB, but the pistol functions perfectly with quality personal defense ammo, which the gun was designed to use.
M2 the OD green is nice looking! I would have gotten it except for the fact that it wasn't on sale at my local store, but they were selling the black for $339 with the 6 and 8 round magazines! That's why I went with the black instead of the OD green.
The only negative aspect of the Nano I can see is the lack of a slide lock lever. You never think you need one until you need one and, from that point on, you will not own a gun without one.

Yes, I do miss it as all my other guns have one. It's a pain if you get a malfunction and have no way to manually hold it open. They wanted it slick with nothing to hang up on but seems they could have put a nice thin one on??
The original problem with the guns was that they would not cycle 115 gr ammo well. Mine went back to to factory and they reamed polished the chamber and now it will feed anything.
