Give me your thoughts on these.

Cartridge on the right looks about right, both in regards to seating depth and amount of crimp; left and center do not appear to be seated deeply enough, so the crimp is not fully in the cannelure. My eyes may be playing tricks on me, but the band above the cannelure on the right bullet seems to be wider than on the other two, too. Are those identical bullets?

I've had the same problem from the original pictures when the case isn't fully set in the shell holder properly. I had some winchester brass that was pretty tight in my lee shell holders and had similar results when I'd try to seat a bullet but the case was slightly off center
Of course too much crimp could be the problem. I would say the crimp on the recent pics is still on the heavy side. Acceptable in some applications but not necessary for most loads.

Left is a hair long, center too long and right possibly too short.

The right one might crush cases if you crimp and seat in the same step on your longer cases. The left one allows for variations in brass length.

Be interesting to know just what the actual case length is for # 1,2, and 3; and just what the actual OAL is for each one.
All 3 bullets are obviously seated differently.

I can't tell you for sure what the 3 measure now , I have them mixed up with some others that I am going to pull .

I pulled 4 new Strarline cases out of the bag and they measured 1.268 to 1.271 .

Those measurements don't correlate with 44 mag. or anything else I can think of. Try again, but this time, provide measurements in inches, something like 1.285" would sound more consistent to 44 magnum.

And why are the seating depths so extremely inconsistent? Do you have the die adjusted so that the ram is at full extension when seating, or are you trying to seat by stopping when it seems close, either way, something doesn't seem right. The latter would indicate you might need some help learning how to adjust the seating die, let us know so we can assist you.

I seated & crimped them different to get your opinions which if any were correct .
