so, want to build a slienced rifle for hunting...looking at a 22-250 with a legal silencer. What would you do?....is it the right caliber?...are should I be looking at something else? I am currently looking at a Begara 22-250
I built my Winchester model 70 in Weatherby 257 Hart Barrel, and retained the boss action...New McMillian Stock topped off with a 6X24X50 Swarovski.25 years ago, and its still taking long range deer...20-450 yds....
I will not reload, and I like the way Norma does it better with numbered boxs...it cost right @ 5.00 ever time I pull the trigger, but I only pull it 4 times a yr...just dont want to be out if I decide to pull it more than five times...
I have no idea, I am not a reloader....I do like quality ammo with in series(numbers) Weatherby has real good ammo, and have never had any misfires are any other problems...but I also only pull the trigger on wild game...
....OK the mystery is solved!....Using Hornaday Ammo, it shot (fired) 10 rnds with no problems...The Nosler will not feed the rifle...I think the head space is the problem....I have some cheap Nosler 6.5 Creedmore for sale...
