Hey folks!
I'm currently trying to decide on whether or not to buy an Adams Arms AR-15. It's the base model. There are some blems out there for a good price right now.

The other option is to buy a palmetto state...
unrealistic expectations. people expect quality products no matter the price. it is very hard to find a quality product in anything now a days. guns, guitars, cars, etc.
and i fear it wont get any better........the prices of guns and ammunition keeps going up so more and more people will buy...
i have a very old winchester repeating arms single shot .22 that is a blast to shoot.
winchester gets the same treatment as any other firearm company in my book, i try their products and if they work i'll buy it and if not then so long. so far everything ive used by winchester has been a fine...
20 gauge with 3 buck loaded. 1 in the chamber, 8 in the tube and 4 on the side saddle. if i am at home, thats what i am going with. if i have to resort to my pistol in a HD situation, things are not going the way that they should.
had this problem when i transitioned from 9mm to .45 acp. thought i had to have a death grip on the pistol to compensate for the recoil but after 100 or so rounds i finally loosened up and started putting some better shots on target.
have yet to handle one, but they look like nice pistols. add a little variety to the single stack 9mm market. i'll let them wrk out all the bugs before i think about getting one though.
i have never heard anyone that got in a gun fight say "man i had way too much gun for that fight"
but if it is really all you can afford then its better than nothing.
or, is it all you can afford RIGHT NOW. if you can wait awhile, save up and sit back for a good deal.
generally, i have had inconsistencies with almost every type of store bought ammunition. That is one of the reasons i decided to get into handloading.
I have found the white box to be a little better than some of the other ammo i shoot though. You may have got a bad batch.
the tapco SKS stock that i bought has been great. the vertical foregrip has been good as well. the tapco magazines that i bought for it are so-so.
all in all, i wouldnt say that its crap and for the price i think that its hard to beat.
