It is weaker than the TT-33. That is not to say all CZ-52's will fail using military ball rounds. Quite a lot blew up in Czech military service. A friend of mine was in the Czech Army. He told me it was universally despised and not trusted.
You guys are fortunate to have such rights. Hey, what happened to Manifest Destiny? You left a big part of the continent unclaimed. Hurry up and finish the job!
I may just get my membership.
You can always buy the MN 44 model. It is already a cut down version of the 91/30 and they are still cheap. Accuracy from them at 200m is still good but not as good as the longer rifle.
Yes, it is reliable. In one of my boxes I once got a dud. I fed it right back in and it worked the second time. Out of 2240 rounds that was the only dud. I have 3360 rounds left un-opened and maybe 5 or 6 hundred left in an opened box. All of it is Czech and corrosive. It works for me.
I have an ambi charging handle on my C-7 and it really can get in the way when you sling the weapon. I prefer the ordinary handle even though I am a lefty.
As to the side cocking handle, it would be fine if it is for single shot at a time with the gas disengaged. If it is still semi then what a...
Your poll is intended only for those who do not like polymer-framed pistols I take it?
Sort of like voting day in communist countries; only one party so what's the point?
How do you feel about polymer-framed pistols? Answer as long as you don't like them otherwise don't vote?
Well, I like them...
The company is Marstar. I think they have this ammunition is stock. It is the 7.62x54R and the 7.62x25mm that are bought up quickly. At the range I go to they sell ammunition and they have plenty of the x39 bxn. I have 3k or so rounds of this I shoot out of my vz-58 folder. The bxn was made for...
...only because is an Army issue sidearm. Mine is made in the early 1940's but brand new from war stock. They are made by Inglis Canada and are No2 Mk1*. I believe they were intended for the Chinese Nationalist Army but of course we all know what happened to them. So Canada kept them and put...
I can plug the magazine tube easily enough. Can one purchase the linger barrel from Maverick and put in on the Security model when I hunt birds? Or is a barrel change not possible?
Any round will perform the job if the bullet is well chosen and the velocity is correct for that bullet type.
The steel jacketed fmj is good for a lot of things, it will certainly hit vitals and bone. With some of the good defensive bullets why would the 7.62x25 be "impractical"?
So many roads...

I just ordered a Mosin Nagant with a repro mount and scope. The rifles are actually former sniper rifles put away in war stock. The mounts are repro as are the scopes but made by the same firm that made the original scopes. Moreover the rifle was mounted in this factory. I have also ordered...
Fall or Spring day with Alumahide skinned Tok and a Winters Day in the second (I left it sitting out for 5 hours before I shot it to see if the cold would negatively affect it: it didn't).
