extended forearm oneonceload; when I shoot a rifle I put my left hand under the receiver, or as close to it as I can .this helps a lot. I am hoping that having the forearm closer to me will help also. Maybe I should just buy a double bbl. ******* virginian,thanks for the link.

Another vote for the ruger pc9 . they are built to last, and are very reliable. you can pick up one for 500 to 600 hundred.
