Well...I have about 25,000 rounds of 223 Rem. Other than that. 2/3 cases each of 357 magnum, 40, 357 sig, 9mm; 2 cases 44 mag;
That kinda thing.
Also I think what you posted rogertc1 is in regards to firearms. I think there might be slightly different regulations for ammo. I could be wrong...
I have a ton of ammo. Everything from 22LR to 7.62x51 R1M1 Ball. I'm wondering if there are any issues in bringing them to the USA and I'm wondering what kind of issues/permits I would need if I were to consider selling it to a FFL dealer or is it completely not allowed.
Wonder what the prospects of this pistol for teh canadian market are. I would buy a full size in a heartbeat. I know quite a few others that would too.
Just wanted to give a quick Update.
I tried using Winchester Dynapoint (500 round Wal-Mart bulk box) as per the recommendation of the dealer to use standard velocity ammo. Maybe because of the fact that I've now fired in excess of 2000 rounds through the gun and kept it clean, but I found...

I'm sure if you slowed down a 9mm enough (ie same speed as a 45) it would be quieter than a 45 but at their respective speeds a 9mm would generally be louder.
So...the gun store in my Neighbourhood (Vancouver, Canada) was just held up by a bunch of dudes with AK's. Not really sure of all the info yet since it just happened but..pretty crazy. Apparently they smashed display cases and took handguns and rifles. :mad:
So I've tried using different ammo and I"m still having the same problems (slightly less though). The gun's jamming every 10 rounds or so. pretty much all failure to eject's. So far ammo wise I've used (CCI Stingers, Federal Chamion bulk pack, Xpert 22, Wildcats, CCI Blazers, American Eagle...
I think the tokarev would overpenetrate more than the 9mm. I could be wrong but it's faster and skinier. The 9mm is more common around here though and probably a better choice for defense.
Hey Guys, just wondering it a date code AH (2007) P7M8 would have any future collectors value to it. I haven't shot it yet based on that but I'm wondering what you guys think.
Well..I just field stripped it and cleaned it...and it was the most complicated field strip I have ever done. Took me almost and hour to disassemble clean and assemble....
