Just got back from the movies where I watched The Grey. Spoiler alert!
During a part in the movie, Liam Neeson's character makes a spear and tapes a shotgun shell around the end and says it is basically like a bang stick, and upon impact, it will trigger the shotgun primer and...
if a glock is just a glock and an ak47 is an ak47, then does it really mind who has shot it before? I mean, they all should be considerably lower in price if you were to get them from a pawn store right?
thanks...
just would like yalls opinions!

Okay first thread got shut down... (dunno why, sometimes I think this website is pretty strict)...
It happened in my state where a 19 year old man was trying to rob the place and a customer was legally carrying and shot the robber and the other robber got away. Makes me wonder about states...

I really wanna get a nice AR-15 without breaking the bank (I really did like the Hk MR556, but it's wayyyy to expensive)...
any recent reviews / opinions / pictures of the Colt 6920 rifle? Or Any other Colt rifle? (yes, I have used the search button, I'm just hoping information has changed...
I just watched a youtube video about Dragon's Breath shotgun shells, haha. I was just curious, what is in the round to make them ignite like that? And it also made me wonder if it was possible to reload ammo like this?
Also, is it possible to reload Flechette, Rhodesian Jungle, or Macho Gaucho...
I'm still debating on which AR-15 to get, but I didn't want to rule out perhaps getting an AUG...
Anyone have any opinion on AUG brands and which model to get? MSAR? Steyr? Any other good one?
Doesn't seem to be much current info on the forum about them...
Thanks!
There are SO MANY freakin' AR-15s that I simply can't make up my mind...
I thought I wanted an Hk MR556, but I really don't like the price and the weight of it...
I was curious if the 6920 is a good rifle to accessorize? I see it doesn't really have picatinny rails like the 6940 does...
I'd like to start loading 7.62x39 (since I have an AK-47 from Red Jacket coming in a few months)...
I really really don't mind taking the long, slow, boring way to reloading.
Here is what I'm thinking:
Lee Breech Lock Hand Press (they now have quick change system with it)...
I'm going duck hunting tomorrow and I have a 12 gauge Benelli Vinci.
I'll be shooting steel shot of course, #3 heavi-shot probably...
my question is, should I stick with the chokes that came with the gun? or will I get any improved benefit of buying a choke? My cousin, who is a big big...
I read that the new Heckler and Koch MR556 is supposed to come out in December. Besides the price, what is your opinion on this rifle?
I think this is the military version Hk 416, but nevertheless this is a cool video comparing it to the Colt...

I rather stick with very high quality brands though...

plus I need something very fun to shoot and something else to reload :-)...
I'm gonna be using my 30-06 Lee Loader today.. (but i have a RCBS chargemaster 1500)
I was curious if this is a decent load to make (I have 165 grain nosler ballistic tips and 150 grain barnes tipped tsx (I have everything to load with, but a manual! Sorta forgot to get one, D'oh!)...
I am waiting on a very nice RCBS rock chucker to arrive any day now from Cabelas (was a birthday gift from my fiance)...
I was browsing around youtube tonight and came across the Lee Classic Loader as seen here...
I am deciding which would be the best for me... I am wanting to reload 30-06 shells (not many, I just hunt and occasionally target practice) and I'd like to reload 9 mm for my mother who rarely target practices...
so here are the kits
Kit 1...
I have a Vinci that I use for duck hunting here in SC/NC...
I'd love to have something like the Burris Speed Bead, but I didn't see on their website where it would fit the Vinci...

I'm going to be whitetail deer hunting this winter and I was sorta overwhelmed by how many powders there were on the market.. My ABCs of reloading recommended some, but I was curious if some of you guys and gals could recommend me a great premium powder for my 30-06...
also, I was thinking...
I have a 30-06 and I'm wanting to carry on a family tradition of reloading our own ammo. My grandfather passed away before he could teach me, and my uncle sorta got thrown in the slammer haha...
I think I would like to buy this kit here, the Hornady Lock N Load Classic...
