I have been using my case feeder on .223 for about four months. Mine jambs up about once every couple hundred cases. Never sheared a pin it just slips. I have had a bigger prolem with the cases log jambing in the funnel just before the go into the drop down tube. I have to keep taping at the...
Clean the cases then run them through you full length sizing die before you waste your time measuring their length. They will get a little longer when sized, then worry about trimming them shorter.
Would it be uncommon for the die to be screwed in so far as to push on the shell holders in order to achieve the desired bump back on the shoulder? I am using a Forester press to resize .223 LC brass with a Forester FL die and it just seems the die should not be pushing into the shell holders to...
The only way to go is the Giraurd. I never reallly kept count but a thousand in a little over an hour is possible without killing yourself. It does a great job. I have only used on .223 for ar15. Two to Four week wait is the norm.

Can't go wrong with Reloader 15 or Varget. I like RL15 over Varget because it meters better, burns cleaner, and is easier to find in stock. My 2 cents. Matt
Grainger lists two different grits on their website, 20/40 or 14/20. Which do you guys find works best on the brass?

I used Varget for the last two years in my .223 loads. Shoots great. It is a little dirty. Does not throw as nice as RL15, drop tube plugs with the stick powder.
This year I am going back to RL15 because it throws great, easy to find, and a little less expensive. Matt S
Wow, I've been using my Co-ax for 5 years every week and never realized it had a built in primer seater till I read this post. Should of at least looked at instructions. Matt S
Never been on http://www.ultimatereloader.com/. Thanks I spent way to much time watching alot of really good videos. Just the push I needed to move up to a progressive for my 200 yard loads. Matt S
