Ergonomics for me, being 6'-3", are a bit cramped, but manageable. It does give me more stability in the off-hand than a rifle or pistol does. The next time I take it to the range I'm going to try more of an isoceles (sp) pistol stance at 25 yds to see how it might handle in a quick reaction...
