Good way to get cheap brass...

Not too shabby...fired a few test rounds using the 125grn lead zombie coat bullet from http://lucky13bullets.com/ today... Test rifle was a BM59SL and I used the 125s over 43.0gr WC846... fired 5 shots ..all hit the paper and made nice round holes. Distance was 25yds....all 5 went into 2"...

Just confirmed...these coated bullets shot well..... ZERO fouling and good enough accuracy since I do most shooting at 100yds or so. not bad for bullets that cost $.06 ea. They are "zombie" coat bullets from a local company...I'm also having good luck with these sized to .309 in other 30cal...

Just started working on loading for this.. Ok...initial pics... right side is various .223 brass while two brass cases on left is unsized and sized .222. Steel cases on left show .224 projo fits easily into 5.45 fired cases neck. This shows there is enough space in the chamber (of MY rifles)...

Sorry for the revival but I just returned 8 mags ...47s and 47Ds for various reasons. ALL wouldn't reliably lock the slide back...several had feed issues (lip gap) and one when I ejected it lost the base plate into the abyss of grass. Call to check on it and they said springs and followers...
