Colt 357 (pre Python) model is pretty remarkable and better value than the later Python model.

Savage 10FP I own a 10FLP model and am pleased as puch with it. Just get rid of the cheap plastic stock and replace it with a high quality composite stock. Spend the rest of the money on a GOOD quality scope and rings.

Waterproof Revolver I would also be inclined to wipe down a waterlogged revolver with alcohol as a cleaning solvent. Absolute ethanol would be preferred since it readily forms an azeotrope with residual water and would be very effective in drying water from the wet revolver.
