Vermont isn't cheap but we've got some of the best non-existant gun laws in the country! Silencer/Suppressors are still a no-go for the time being...looking to change that though. Carry where you want, no permits and no hassles.

Should be out this fall according to FN when I talked w/ them. The PN90 "civie" and the FS2000 "civie". I have some of each on order :) It is a 16in barrel to make it legal. Register it as an SBR, cut it down and you'll be close to the real thing.

I have not used the L model yet...only the standard #40. They are spring loaded so that they can take a hit but return to the upright zero'd position. If it's made by ARMS, I'd stake my life on it ;)
