Sun Devil made the S&W Performance Center Rifle in 2007. GTG.

If you need an FFL to buy it they will only allow you to order it through a dealer. Will not allow you to buy directly and transfer. I just ordered a lower from them through a local shop.

Scott - It is semi-auto just a different configuration. It moves the action away from the optics.
