My consideration for minimum would be 9mm. I own a few, but probably keep the Glock 26 with me 99% of the time. I feel under gunned with anything less than 9mm. that being said, any caliber is better than none. And if say if you'll carry a 25ACP 100% of the time it better than the gun you carry...

As gun owners this would be a step backwards. If we would like to move forward in gun rights, everything except firearms needs to be put aside for another time. Power is in numbers.

Ive got a S&W 22-A1 pistol and it hates Rem. Golden bullet. It doesent like to feed, or eject, and ive noticed a lot of duds also. Federal is what i stick with. And that .22 pistol is amazing for the money. I know ive put prob 6-8000 rounds through it and its still goin. Try some different ammo...

EMP, I just love the 1911 style and 9mm is what i shoot the most. .45 is next in line. I owned a couple of .40s but got rid of em. I cant get follow up shots as fast as can with 9mm or .45ACP.

Speer Gold Dot +P, when i cant find them ill try any premium self defense round. But Speer is def my fav.

well if it isn't factory the finish was beautifully done. All the tool marks and lettering is extremely clear. I guess ill be contacting Marlin. Ill try to put pics up soon. Let me just add this gun is one heck of a shooter. It also has a lot of sentimental value for me, so i break it out once...

Does anyone know if the 39D was manufactured in stainless or nickel finish? I know everything else about my rifle but was wondering if the finish was original.
