On my L n L AP, I ended up bending the cam wire for the primer slide and breaking the bracket that holds the wire at the top. An e-mail to Hornady informing them that it was my fault and how can I order replacement parts.
The next day I received an e-mail telling me that the parts have been shipped at no charge.

Great customer service on a great product.

I will go minus one on Hornady customer service. I had a problem with their L-N-L bushing adapter, the part that screws into the press, that had out of tolerance threads and showed then they had bad threads. I had one that worked and one that didn't. They told me my $300 press was bad and refused to do anything about it. They lost a customer for a $2 pot metal part.

I have found Hornady Customer Service to be very helpful whenever I have had to deal with them. I have had parts replaced at no charge.

+1 on Hornady. Can't be beat in my book.
They must have known Flashhole was from NY.

+1 on Hornady's CS. I learned how to reload on my LNL and caused many parts to break. I even admitted it was my fault and offered to pay for the replacement parts. They replaced the parts free of charge. At least in my experience, they have a no BS warranty.

I've had nothing but good service from Hornady. I wore out my original Pro-Jector press that I bought in 1985 and they completely rebuilt it, at no charge. The list of replaced parts was amazing. I had probably loaded over 400,000 rounds on that press and it was getting quite loose. I've called on other parts, and they've all been sent at no charge.

Hope this helps.

Fred
