1026 value

Been casually looking for 1026 or 1076 S&W auto in my favorite 10mm cartridge. A 1026 has been brought to my attention with about 4-5 extra mags in claimed cherry condition. What is a fair offer?

I'm not sure I'm in the market since the water heater just bit the dust and I want a tankless, but thought I'd ask anyway.

The Smith 10XX line of guns has been popular lately. Prices on the series are up. That being said a reasonable price for the gun you described would be $550.00. Once in a great while you can get one for much less if someone has had it laying around for a while and doesn't know current prices. I have also seen that same gun sell for as much as $750 on auction sites.

1026 can be rare not the rarest but still there are less of them so that affects price

Some where around $500 to $600.

I lucked out and bought mine for $325, it was in like new mechanical condition but looked like it had been put in a holster and thrown in the trunk of an old car for 10 years, I re-bead blasted it and now it looks like brand new, it’s a great shooter too.
