I didn't expect to see much velocity difference in same loads using SPP vs LPP, but I had somewhat expected a velocity increase when using Magnum vs Std primers. Very interesting and useful results.

BTW, I use only LPP brass in my 10mms.
How do you like your XDM-10? Elite or Standard model?
 
I have the 4.5" standard model, bought I think 2 years ago. Possibly one of the first available in Denver Colorado. The Powder River
trigger kit is installed, it is much lighter than the original, which was not bad (better than my Glock 20). The pistol is more
accurate than I am, but trigger time is constrained by cost of components. The different primers were used because those were
available, and I'm not willing to fund a smorgasbord of gourmet primers.
