11.5" Commando for a .22LR upper?

As I understand it, the 11.5" Commando uppers should produce less velocity and more noise than the 16" counterparts when shooting .223/5.56.

What about the difference for a .22LR? I know that the twist and diameter are wrong, but do they make suitable hosts for Ciener Conversions compared to the 16" models?

far as i know, people use cieners in 5" bbls, so it should be fine in a 11.5". If not, spikes sells a 10" upper, pre made. $550 though.
