I have, from the outset, pointed out the risks of employing lethal force against a single assailant who is known to be unarmed. All of us on the staff of THR, and anyone with even the most rudimentary knowledge of use of force law, including many of our knowledgeable members, will do the same thing.

Do you have a reason to discount those risks? If you do , answer via PM.

If you are referring to the Michigan case which you mentioned, there has been no jury decision, and unless something new unfolds, it is unlikely that there will be one.

And you must admit , while you claim not to give legal advice, your posts do suggest as much.
