124 gr +p Speer Gold Dots for all my 9mm's

I try to avoid +P rounds as I dont know if my gun can handle it. 'sides I feel that Gold Dots are plenty good reputation at typical SD ranges.

My current thinking (different from what I used to believe) is that this round should be about as effective as my 40's or my 45's.

I don't think it will be as effective as a .40 or .45. Not to say it won't be effective, I just doubt it would be as effective
