I'm not a lawyer, but I believe a grand jury doesn't even allow for defense. It's just the prosecutor presenting his evidence to the jury for them to decide whether he has enough evidence to justify starting a trial. The person accused isn't part of the process, so I doubt there's much in the way of lawyer fees at this point.
