158 gr practice load?

What is a good (pronounced 'cheap').38 Special 158 gr practice load to complement the .38 Special+P 158 grain lead semi-wadcutter hollowpoint (LSWCHP)?

I use Georgia Arms' 158 gr plated SWC. POI is abt the same as w/my Fed Nylad 158gr +P SWCLHP.
