So I have noticed my tarus pt1911 45 acp is labeled made in Brazil and a few Springfield 1911 45 acp I have had in the past had the same marks.

I don't believe there are two companies making 1911 frames and slides in Brazil.

I am will to wager same frame and slides with different roll stamps.

Taurus is in Brazil.

Springfield used to source their 1911 parts from IMBEL, that is also in Brazil. Springfield ended their relationship with IMBEL about a decade ago.

I don't know, but I would have guessed Taurus makes their own stuff and does not source them from IMBEL.

Brazil is a pretty big place and had their own indigenous military arms production.

Even if they were coming out of the same plant, they would almost certainly be run on different tooling. The customer pays for the tooling on which their parts are produced, and it would be highly unethical to run their competitors product on that tooling... especially since dies have a limited number of hits you can make with them. No faster way to lose a customer than to pull that stunt.

Taurus is a pretty big company and besides their own firearms they also handle the Rossi line of firearms

IMBEL is the state manufacturer of firearms with the two best known in the US being the FN FAL and the 1911 models for Springfield Armory
