1911 grips

I am searching for a pattern to make wood grips for my Colt Government Issue .45acp. I removed the grips presently on my .45 and am using the wood grips as a guide. But there should be a good pattern to very accurately cut the wood, drill the grips holes using the right drill bit(s).
Anyone have plans or can direct me to a link with some good plans to make some .45acp grips?
