I chose the 795 over the 60 almost specifically for the clip mags. I shoot almost exclusively at a range from a bench, and clip mags allow me to stay seated while loading the mags/rifle.

With my tube-fed 39A, I have to stand up and do some maneuvering to get the gun in a safe position (muzzle up or downrange) to drop the rounds in. I also imagine the tube magazines would be hard to load from field positions. (I'm also incredibly paranoid about damaging the mag tube, while it's hanging out there, or by reinserting it.)

But yeah, in the field, I'd prefer the handling characteristics of a tube-fed like a 39A or 60.

Anyway, if you wanna cheap, under 200 dollar rifle, with no mods, and mag fed, that is accurate, and trouble free, the 795, is just like the mod 60, but a mag fed type. Plus in the long run, it will be more reliable than a mod 60, because it does not need the extra parts need to feed from a tube.
