Not sure if this is permitted on this Forum, but I have a number of tattoos and am adding another. Is there anyone that has 2A, RKBA or patriotic tattoos that are willing to post them?
My next one will be the words "Come Take Them" in Hebrew with a FN SCAR

No tats, just nothing I could see getting. The only thing I thought of when I was a teen was Eddie from Iron Maiden.

Thought this would be amazing if it covered my entire back. The cost would've been in the thousands.

Then they came out with Number of the Beast and I knew I could never decide. :D

Up the Irons!!

I have friends with colorful eagle/us flag arm tattoos that are really cool and would be easily made 2A. I just don’t have any pictures to show.
😩

When you get one let’s see it.

Stay safe.

For the past 10-20 years I have avoided any indication of my interest in firearms to the public. Just on general principles.

Molon labe in Hebrew? No comment on that per se but implies you're Jewish, and I thought Jews were discouraged, if not prohibited, from getting tattoos in honor and memory of those lost in the concentration camps.

I could be wrong on this, so please advise.

^ ?

For general interest, I was raised in a predominantly Jewish neighborhood in NYC and one of my childhood friends had an uncle who had his concentration camp number on his forearm. Somewhat fading away and a bit blurry, but the sight of it has kinda stuck with me all my life.

Most folks in the general public would not catch the 'Rule 303' reference.

I'd bet lunch that the majority on this board won't catch it without research.

I generally don't bother with arcane references unless they're particularly intriguing by the context. With no context, I left that one alone. The first thing that popped into my mind was the British .303 caliber, but nothing about that seemed appropriate.

Forslagdoingle.

Look up Breaker Morant.

@230RN ; You were right there beside it, my friend. It is particularly intriguing.

Follow the Breaker Morant prompt.

For people that don't know or only heard of the reference.

Morant's reply, according to Witton, was: "Was it like this? No; it was not quite so handsome. As to rules and regulations, we had no Red Book, and knew nothing about them. We were out fighting the Boers, not sitting comfortably behind barb-wire entanglements; we got them and shot them under Rule 303!"

No tats here. I have never worn jewelry do to my chosen profession. No rings, watches, ect. So I did consider getting a tat on my ring finger with my Wife's initial but I never did.

Oh yeah, I had to google rule 303! ;)

No tats here, but my favorite might just be the one who has “DNR” tattooed on their chest.

DNR - Definition by AcronymFinder
DNR is an abbreviation that can stand for 44 different meanings, such as Do Not Resuscitate, Do Not Remove, and Digital Noise Reduction. Find out more about each meaning and its usage in various fields and contexts on Acronym Finder. (Bolding mine)

Yessir, nothing like precision of expression, I hope the doctors in the emergency room don't think that DNR means "do not resuscitate."

I can see no upside to marking my body with something controversial, only potential downside. I'll pass.

One of my coworkers was Jewish and grew up in New York (Brooklyn, I think). He had a tattoo from his service in Vietnam. It was high on his arm and he usually wore sleeves long enough to cover it. Now that you mention it, I'm curious.
