I finally reaquired my S&W Model 60 Pro Series from the wife. She carried it in a purse designed to hide the gun.

What holsters are you guys using for such a gun. Both IWB and pocket if anyone does carry a 3" j frame in the pocket. Ive looked around a bit and have found some cheapo uncle mike's IWB, but the one review wasnt all that positive.

What do you think?

Bianchi 3S pistol pocket for IWB . To big for pocket carry in my jeans, might work in a jacket pocket.

3" is a bastard stepchild in terms of holsters. Bianchi Accumold for the 3" K frame works fine (OWB.) Beyond that, all of mine are customs (simply rugged or kramer leather.)

No, I never pocket carry it.

Dougwx12 is on the mark--there are not many 3" offerings in ready to go J-frame holsters, and the m60 pro's rear sight snags on most of the few there are. I carry mine in a simply rugged silver dollar pancake, which can be worn IWB/OWB or slipped into a jacket pocket. Works for me.

Not to hijack the thread... But does anyone have a recommendation for a RH belt-worn crossdraw holster for field-carry of a 5" J-frame (S&W 63 5")?

Thanks,
Les
