cooldill, this rolling block and the 45-70 rolling block I bade were extensively covered in a post last year. Look up "new rolling blocks" in the archive.
It easily handles full powered factory loads and it is made from 4140, professionally heat treated to RC 40. It ate an 80,000 PSI proof load and several hundred factory loads since. The fired cases show no stretch and less than .001 expansion.
