I finally located a 4" SP101 in 32 Mag and should receive it next week. I currently have a 2" SP101 in 357 and I shoot the heck out of it. I've ordered a Wolff spring kit and some Starline brass and I'm really looking forward to shooting this little revolver.
I plan on trying some 95gr and 115gr hard casts at 950-1150fps to see where the sights print elevation-wise. I'd like to work up a rather stout load that I can settle on for regular woods carry. Somthing suitable to pot a bunny or a grouse but with enough oomph to put a coon or coyote down. I've got some LilGun & Unique to start with. I've been looking at Penn Bullet hard casts but will probably pick up some jacketed Speers or Sierras at Sportsman's Warehouse to start with. I'd appreciate hearing about any experiences with this cartridge that others here might want to share.
