I need some powder advice for loading 35 Remington for my Marlin 336. I will be using Remington Core-Lokt 200g Pointed Soft Point bullets.

Varget, H4895, Win748, IMR3031 powders will give good velocity in the 35 Rem, as well as several more powders from other brands.
I'm personally using H4895 with the 200gr Hornady flex-tip.

For the .35 Rem with 200 gr bullets my modified Powley computer likes powders with speeds of 10x and A2015. Slightly faster, but still appropriate, is H322 and N530. To the slow side: H335, W748, and N135.

Some are reporting good results with Varget and other powders that are much slower than what would seem ideal. Seems to me the .35 Rem is not real picky when it comes to powders. Perhaps because it’s a relatively low pressure 35,000 CUP cartridge.

A couple of nice articles I found when researching this post:

The .35 Remington: America's "Other Levergun" by Glen E. Fryxell

The 35 Remington Marlin ... better than it used to be... by Paco Kelly

That bullet and 39.5/IMR 4064 shoots 100 yd. groups .5" wide and 1.25" high in my 336.

Thanks, for the info Guys. I got my Dies, Bullets, Primers and Case Gauge just need to pickup some powder. I think I am going to go with IMR 4064 that ranger335v posted about since he has used the bullets that I have and seems to have had some pretty good results.
