I've seen just about every scientific and non-scientific 380 test out there, and the ONLY consistent performer across all of them was the 90gr Gold Dot.

That's the round I use.

When I still owned a .380 I used the Golden Saber because the Bersa didn't jam quite as often with them, but was told by other Bersa owners that they had better results with Cor-bons.

I run buffalo bore 380 100 gr.+p Hardcast F.N. (1150fps/ M.E. 294 ft. lbs.)

That's what I was using when I carried a .380 Sig P230. I've heard that this can be dangerous if shot out of a mostly plastic gun though.
