I had one and like was said they had definate extraction problems. Load a clip of factory ammo and shoot two shots and extraction of the clip was rough but doable. Load a clip and shoot all 6 and you were pounding out brass. The reason this happened is titanium alothough very strong is elastic. It would expand when the case expanded and then when it came back it gave the case a death grip. Many guys back then were fitting stainless cylinders to there guns. Some were even converting them to 10mm with stainless cylinders. Now there would be a gun for smith to produce. An L frame 10mm
 
5 shot .40 would be a riot !

More than that! Years ago I got a 9mm revolver as an emergency backup for my 9mm duty pistol, (My state is rife with liability issues) and now that duty pistol is in .40 I'd like to do the same with a backup for it, but alas no company makes such a package. If Charter Arms can produce five shot .44 Specials then S&W or Ruger can do a 5-shot .40 S&W. 3" barrel please. :D
