410 Saiga shotgun ideas?

Has anyone ever noticed or paid attention to the Russian Saiga 410 shotgun (AK47 platform)? Have any of you noticed that the Golden Bear/Silver Bear 410 slugs are roughly 10 mm Foster slugs loaded with a sabot that brings the total to .430 caliber roughly which is then loaded in a 410 shotcup and shot out of the Saiga 410 shotgun which happens to have a 50 caliber straight wall, no taper barrel with no choke?

Now... I can think of at least ten ideas to turn that 410 shotgun which is available for around 260 dollars into a tremendous little weapon...

Just wondered if any of you ever noticed what I noticed???

What ideas can you come up with exploit this little weapon??

How about putting a barrel sleeve inside that 50 caliber smooth bore barrel that is rifled and brings it down to 44 caliber?? Anyone want to have a 444 Marlin semi auto? Figure it will need to be a reduced load worked up slowly and carefully but.... might be tremendously fun...

Any other ideas?

Somebody did what you are talking about, except they used a new barrel.

I wondered how well it would feed. The 444 Marlin brass is nearly identical but shorter and not purely identical. The Saiga's tend to have some feeding problems anyway, so I wondered about that issue...
